5. User Obligations
As a user, you agree to use the platform in a lawful manner and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:

7. Booking and Payment Terms
When you book a service through our platform, you agree to the price and terms set by the service provider. Payments may be processed directly through the platform or between the user and provider, as specified at the time of booking. All prices are listed in Euros (EUR) unless stated otherwise and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless clearly noted. We do not guarantee the availability of any service or the performance of any provider. Users are responsible for paying the agreed amount at the time of service or as per the provider's cancellation and refund policy. Any disputes regarding payment or service quality must be resolved directly with the service provider, though we may assist in facilitating communication.
8. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation terms are determined individually by each service provider and must be communicated to the user before booking. Generally, users may cancel a booking within a specified timeframe without penalty, as set by the provider. If a provider cancels a booking, the user may be entitled to a full refund, at our discretion. Refunds, if any, will be processed within 14 business days. We are not liable for any costs or damages arising from cancellations by either party beyond the amount paid for the specific booking. Users are encouraged to review the provider's cancellation policy carefully before confirming any appointment.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and design, is the property of Servisný Portál or its licensors and is protected by Slovak and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written permission. Service providers retain intellectual property rights to their own content, such as images and descriptions of their services.
10. User-Generated Content

22. Special Provisions for Slovak Users
In accordance with Slovak law, users have specific rights regarding contract withdrawal and consumer protection. For services booked through the platform, you may have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason, unless the service has been fully performed with your prior consent. This withdrawal right does not apply to urgent repairs or services where performance has begun with your agreement. Any complaints regarding services should first be directed to the service provider, and if unresolved, you may contact the Slovak Trade Inspection (SOI) at www.soi.sk. We recommend retaining all booking confirmations and communications for reference in the event of a dispute.
23. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be held liable for any failure or delay in performing their obligations under these Terms if such failure or delay is due to events beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, government actions, pandemics, or internet infrastructure failures. The affected party shall notify the other as soon as reasonably possible and shall take all reasonable steps to mitigate the impact. Performance shall be resumed as soon as the force majeure event ceases.
24. No Partnership or Agency
Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as creating a partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship between you and Servisný Portál. You acknowledge that we are an independent entity and that we have no control over the actions of service providers. Service providers are independent contractors and are not employees or agents of Servisný Portál for any purpose.
25. Electronic Communications
By using the platform, you consent to receiving electronic communications from us, including emails, notifications, and messages through the platform. These communications may relate to your account, bookings, updates, and promotional offers (with your consent where required by law). You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications provided electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
